Answers
Before you send it
What happens after I send the estimate form?
Gary reads it and calls you back to set a time to see the property. At the walk-through he measures, listens to what you want, and looks at drainage and access. The written bid follows, with demolition, materials and labor in it, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
What should I have ready for the walk-through?
A rough idea of what you want out there and how you will use it, any plans or drawings you already have, and photos of yards you like. If an HOA has to approve the work, bring its rules. Gary handles the rest, including what permits the project needs.
Can I call instead of filling out the form?
Yes. The number is (423) 307-6170, Gary’s mobile, and it reaches him directly. If he is on a job and cannot pick up, leave your name, number and a line about the project, and he will call back. Email works too: info@thdtn.com.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. Transformation Hardscape & Design comes to you: Gary meets every customer at the property, which is where the project gets measured and planned anyway. There is no showroom to drive to, so the first meeting happens in your yard, whether that is in Belle Meade, Brentwood or Gallatin.
